Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of your departure.
Late fee $25.00 if payment is not made at that time.

NSF CHECKS $30.00

Refunds

No refunds after 60 days

Keys

• Two keys will be picked up at the consultation
• The charge for duplicating keys if the client only has one is $5.00 per key.
• Pick up or delivery of keys after consultation -$10.00
• Mail back after visits — $5.00
• These charges will appear on your confirmation/invoice to be paid in advance of your visits as agreed at consultation
• Locksmith fee $75.00 – If we have a tested key and cannot get in, this charge is in addition to whatever the locksmith charges
